Ben Weinbroer
Co-Founder
After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Ben began his 20+ year career in the beverage alcohol industry with major international spirits suppliers such as Bacardi USA and Campari USA before moving into the start-up space with Avion Tequila, Leblon Cachaca, WhistlePig Whiskey, and Rabbit Hole Bourbon, all of which realized successful exits. In 2019, Ben founded his multi-strategy hedge fund Steelyard Capital, that in addition to a publicly traded portfolio and private equity stakes, consults and facilitates capital raise and crowdfunding efforts for brand incubation in the CPG space broadly. Additionally, Ben currently serves on the Board of Directors of multiple beverage businesses, providing key industry insights, brand strategy, and
general business guidance.
Keith Haynik
Co-Founder
From an early age, art and illustration were the cornerstones which led him to acquire a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design & Communications at the accredited La Roche University, located in
Pittsburgh. Keith has a 20+ year career in graphic design, both in small agency and large corporations. He specializes in marketing, brand strategy and development, POS solutions and packaging, tradeshows, and web development. In 2009, he began building his own clientele with Qwick Creative which focused primarily on crafting brand identities, building impactful websites and designing other various marketing materials. Whilst, he currently manages all creative projects in the corporate environment that focuses on patient safety and radiology products.
